Our Policy

• Exchanges within Canada are free of charge.
• For standard returns (not exchanges), return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
• You have 30 days from the purchase date to return or exchange items.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

1. Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of marks, makeup, deodorant and scents, in original condition and with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Sale items marked down 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items returned that do not comply with our policy may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days of receiving your return.
• Exchanges within Canada are free of charge.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Follow the instructions to print a return label (return shipping is free within Canada for exchanges).
